The spacious rooms and well-thought-out design were impressive. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short commute to the parks and a boat ride to nearby attractions.
Some rooms had balconies that were over-shaded by trees, which affected the view. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.

Great family fun pool and amazing slide. Excellent location to visit the parks and restaurants. the water sports available on site were a real plus and kept all the family entertained.
The room was outdated and in need of renovation. the staff seemed uninterested in providing any extra help or assistance.

No complaints, we loved this accommodation and would definitely recommend. Beautiful room, met needs well. Enjoyed the pool and the views where great. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to Scat Cat's with nice drinks.

The location of this resort is fantastic for adventure travelers. You can easily take a water taxi to Disney Springs, which offers a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Building 47, where some rooms are located, is conveniently close to the South bus stop, making it easy to catch transportation to the parks. the Turtle Pond area provides a peaceful retreat away from the main hustle and bustle. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the service is top-notch, and the breakfast at Olivia's restaurant is delicious.
Some guests have mentioned that the quick service food area can be crowded and the service can be slow.
